Our platform supports businesses and individuals in the counties we serve — providing a professional online selling environment without the high fees charged by national marketplaces.

We charge a simple monthly setup and maintenance fee, which covers:
- Professional listing creation
- Image formatting and uploads
- Category management
- Ongoing maintenance and support (includes adding new items when necessary, replacing a listing when an item sells out, always giving you up to 48 listings. Items can be added at any time, you don’t have to have them all listed in the very beginning.)
Payment processing fees are charged by third-party credit card processors. We do not retain any portion of your sales — you receive the remainder directly.
Encourage local pickup or build freight costs into your product listing price. You are also welcome to use our fee adjusted shipping, and we will send you the amount of the shipping cost also.
Getting Started
To begin listing your new or used items, please provide:
- Clear images of each item
- Detailed descriptions
- Pricing
- Available quantity
- Variations (size, color, model, etc.)
- For heavy or oversized items: weight and dimensions
Example:
Selling clothing? One listing can include multiple shirts of different colors and sizes, each with its own price, image, and quantity. Different product types should have separate listings (ie. clothing and tools) You will receive up to 48 separate listings.
If your item doesn’t fit an existing category, we will create a new one for you.
Listing Setup & Optimization
Once we receive your information, we will:
- Crop, size, and optimize images for fast loading
- Add descriptions, prices, and variations (if any)
- Configure shipping options (if applicable)
Your listing will include a shopping cart that collects:
- Buyer payment
- Buyer name and address
- Buyer email
You have possession of your products and are responsible for packaging and shipping your products.
Payment Processing
If we collect payments, we will send your proceeds once cleared (usually next business day). If you are collecting payment directly, set your product(s) to local pickup. This ensures no fee will be charged for that item or items. You can set the local pickup or shipping on each listing. (Mix & Match)
- Transaction fee: 3% + $0.45 per sale (excluding corporate cards)
- Example: $100 sale → $3 + $0.45 = $96.55 net to you
Subscription & Hosting
- $15/month, $85.00 for 6 months, or $165/year (one month free for annual payment)
- Subscription begins the day after your listings go live
- Example: Submit items on the 5th → listings go live on the 10th →
- subscription starts on the 11th
Inventory Management
- Prevents overselling automatically
- Options when items sell out:
- Remove listing from storefront (still stored in the system in case new items arrive)
- Display a SOLD OUT banner
- Freed-up listings can be used for different new products
