Refund & Returns Policy
At Tri-County Trading, we connect buyers with independent sellers. Because our marketplace features products from multiple vendors, return and refund policies may vary by seller.
Individual Seller Policies
Each seller is responsible for establishing and honoring their own return, refund, and exchange policies. Buyers should review the seller’s return policy before making a purchase. If in doubt about a sellers policy, please ask before purchasing.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, please contact the seller as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery. Include:
- Your order number or description of your questioned item
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging, if applicable
Most sellers will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement, exchange, partial refund, or full refund when appropriate.
Returns
If a seller accepts returns, the item must generally:
- Be returned within the seller’s stated return window.
- Be in its original condition unless damaged during shipping or received defective.
- Include all original packaging and accessories when applicable.
Return shipping costs are determined by the seller’s policy unless the return is due to an error, damaged item, or defective product.
Non-Returnable Items
Unless otherwise stated by the seller, the following items are typically not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized items
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Perishable goods
- Gift cards
- Items marked as Final Sale
Refund Processing
Once a return is received and approved by the seller, refunds are typically issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
If You Cannot Reach the Seller
If you have made a reasonable attempt to resolve an issue with a seller and have not received a response within 5 business days, please contact Tri-County Trading.
While we are not the seller of the products listed on our marketplace, we will review the situation, facilitate communication when possible, and help work toward a fair resolution.
